About Joy Provider Application
Joy Provider Application is an application that helps Service Providers (GonJoy’s partners as Restaurants, Hotels, Drink Shops) manage information. It allows SPs to add more information about dishes, photos, track users statistics, and scan QR codes.
Application support 2 version: Vietnam – English.
The Joy Provider application interface consists of two main parts::
1. The left: Show information about the restaurant. The user selects each function to view details.
2. The right: Detail for each function.
How to download and install Joy Provider Application?
Open App Store trên iPhone or iPad. Or open Play Store (CH Play) on your Android devices.
Search for “Joy Provider”
Click on the App and install``
After succesful Joy Provider installation. Fill in Account Name and Password. Click on “Log in”
If SP has not had an account, click on “Register”. Fill in required information, then click “SAVE”
QR CODE – SCAN THE CODE:
1 – At the main screen, click the “QR Code” button at the bottom right corner. 2- Put the customer’s QR code into the scan area.
QR CODE – EXCHANGE FOR PROMOTION:
3 – After successfully scanning the code, enter the total bill value of the customer. 4 – Click “Apply” and the amount to be paid will be showed
Menu function will help service providers manage and update items on the system. Select “Menu” on the navigation menu.
Menu interface is divided into 2 categories “Food” – “Beverages”. Each category includes: – Photos. – Names. – Price.
ADD MORE TO MENU:
To add an item to the system. 1 – Click on Menu interface. 2 – Enter full information about photo, name, description, price and Category of new item. 3 – Select Category. 4 – Click “SAVE”.
To change an item to the system. 1 – Click on the food/drink to be changed in Menu interface. 2 – Enter full information about photo, name, description, price and Category of new item. 3 – Click “SAVE”.
Click on Category to find “New dish”. Based on the existing data, the system will automatically suggest category on the screen
Choose the Category on main screen and click “SAVE”
On the navigation menu, select “Delivery – Table Reservation”. Select “Table Reservation” on the right side of the screen. The Table Reservation will be displayed, including the list of approved, unapproved and cancelled requests.
From Table Reservation, the SP can either approve or disapprove the requests via the 2 buttons: “APPROVE”, “DISAPPROVE” To unapproved orders, SPs can write the reasons to their customers
On the Navigation Menu, select “Promotion”, the Promotion interface includes a list of promotions containing name, time and status information. Draft: Promotions created but not yet submitted to Gonjoy. Pending: Promotion made, sent to Gonjoy but not yet received a response. Expired: The promotion has expired.
CHANGE – ADD PROMOTION:
Add Promotion: click button on the right of the screen, fill in the information and click “save”. Edit Promotion: + Applied only for promotions in “Draft” mode. + SP can custom information. + Click “SAVE”, and the promotion is added to the current list. + Click “REQUEST”, then the request for promotion is sent to Gonjoy Admin .
On the Navigation Menu, select “Photo”, Photo interface will be showed with 2 categories – “Space” and “Food”. Default interface is “Space”. Click on “Food” on the upper right corner, the restaurant’s dishes will be displayed.
ADD – DELETE PHOTO:
Click on the “Delete” icon on any photo, then it will be removed from the Photo list. Click on the icon … to upload photos
FEEDBACK FROM CUSTOMERS:
On Navigation Menu, select Customer Feedback, the list of customer feedback will be showed.
On Navigation Menu, select Log out, system will exit from account and return the login screen.
